Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-10 team members during weekend shifts
- Execute opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Train staff on product knowledge and safety protocols
- Monitor sales targets and implement promotional strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficiency in retail management software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable)
