Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a small team of warehouse associates, ensuring high morale and clear communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistical issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in weekend throughput.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to align on inventory and workflow strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team without direct supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate forklifts or heavy machinery (if applicable).
