Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations to ensure seamless workflow and high efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a small team of associates during weekend shifts to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and speed.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are strictly followed.
- Conduct end-of-shift audits and report operational metrics to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, retail, or customer service.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation in El Paso.
