Responsibilities
- Manage weekend service operations across Chicago's North Side district
- Coordinate with 5+ field technicians for same-day service delivery
- Optimize scheduling algorithms using proprietary software
- Handle client communications and resolve service escalations
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with weekend staff
- Implement process improvements for weekend service efficiency
- Prepare monthly operational reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations or logistics management
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, FieldRoutes)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Strong conflict resolution and client management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
