Responsibilities
- Manage weekend service operations across 3-5 Portland metro locations
- Coordinate and dispatch field teams for urgent client requests
- Optimize weekend inventory and resource allocation
- Implement quality control protocols for weekend deliverables
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Build relationships with local community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Oregon labor regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of operations or field management experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating weekdays off
- Proficiency in route optimization software (e.g., Route4Me)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work holidays during peak seasons
- Experience with inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
