Responsibilities
- Manage inventory logistics and warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency using our proprietary tracking systems
- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve operational discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for weekend activities
- Train and mentor new weekend shift team members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to start immediately upon offer
