Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend facility operations including inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve daily performance targets
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences during peak weekend hours
- Implement and optimize weekend-specific operational workflows
- Monitor safety protocols and address immediate operational challenges
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operational handovers
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations, logistics, or customer service
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
