Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend production cycles and logistics coordination between PA and OH facilities
- Lead 15-person weekend crew in daily operations and safety protocols
- Implement process improvements using lean methodologies
- Manage inventory control and supply chain operations
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational KPIs
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with engineering teams
- Train weekend staff on new equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in operations or logistics management
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proven leadership experience with weekend shift teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands
