- Coordinate weekend delivery routes and optimize vehicle fleet utilization across Oakland
- Manage real-time order tracking and resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Train and supervise weekend staff to maintain service excellence standards
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliveries and customer interactions
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless operational continuity
