Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend operations across multiple service locations in Chicago
- Manage team scheduling and resource allocation for Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure seamless customer service delivery during peak weekend hours
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement strategies
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on company protocols
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare weekly operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of operations or team management experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer focus
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (full-time schedule)
- Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
