Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations during weekend shifts, ensuring timely delivery of high-priority shipments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain service excellence
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse workflows for peak weekend efficiency
- Implement real-time tracking systems to maintain 99.9% delivery accuracy
- Train and mentor weekend staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Act as primary liaison for weekend client inquiries and escalations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in logistics/supply chain operations or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure weekend operations independently
- Proficient in WMS and TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
