Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend distribution and inventory management across Oakland facilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute time-sensitive logistics operations
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS and inventory tracking systems
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain service excellence standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover processes
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Proven experience leading weekend or shift-based teams
- Proficiency with WMS, TMS, and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills under time constraints
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
