Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Execute sales transactions, handle cash, and process returns accurately
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with weekend promotions and seasonal merchandising initiatives
- Train part-time staff on weekend operations and brand standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to store management
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Proven ability to work independently during high-traffic periods
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Philadelphia residency preferred (local candidates encouraged)
