Responsibilities
- Manage 5-10 weekend staff across multiple service stations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during peak Saturday/Sunday hours
- Oversee inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Train new weekend associates on company protocols
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Available every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish language skills preferred
