Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations with exceptional customer service focus
- Train and mentor 10-15 weekend staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Execute inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention protocols
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain positive store atmosphere
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company policies
Qualifications
