Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across weekend shifts ensuring seamless continuity
- Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation for weekend operations

- Facilitate interdisciplinary team huddles and handovers between shifts

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field required
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare coordination or shift management
- Valid Tennessee state healthcare certification or equivalent
