Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and HIPAA compliance
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations

Qualifications
