Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 8 PM-8 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional care teams for holistic patient support
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical hours
Qualifications
- Active CNA or LPN license in Florida
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
