Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend patient intake and care coordination for 30+ patients
- Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation across departments
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and medical documentation accuracy
- Respond to emergency situations with calm, decisive leadership
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and specialists for urgent cases
- Conduct quality audits and implement process improvements
- Maintain inventory of critical weekend medical supplies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years of healthcare coordination or supervisory experience
- Weekend shift availability required (Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm)
- Certified in BLS and Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Proficient in Epic EHR and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
