- Lead and mentor weekend staff teams of 5-10 members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during peak hours
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Process transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement safety protocols and compliance measures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years supervisory or team leadership experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Valid KY driver's license (if required for site visits)
