Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend shift operations across logistics, customer service, and maintenance teams
- Implement and optimize standard operating procedures for weekend workflows
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead team training and development initiatives for weekend staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Facilitate communication between weekend shifts and weekday management
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shift coordination or operations management
- Proven ability to lead teams in weekend/holiday environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
