Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end weekend logistics operations including inventory management and distribution
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of warehouse and delivery specialists
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend shift efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless operational continuity
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership review
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
- Proven experience leading weekend or shift-based teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environments
