Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring seamless workflow and productivity
- Manage team of 8-10 staff members including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all weekend activities
- Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure continuity of operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in shift management or operations leadership
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to role logistics)
- Proficiency in operational software and inventory management systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- BS/BA in Business Operations or related field preferred
