Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across weekend shifts to ensure seamless service delivery
- Supplement clinical staff during peak weekend hours and emergency situations
- Manage weekend staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance documentation
- Conduct weekend safety audits and compliance checks for regulatory standards
- Serve as primary weekend liaison for patient inquiries and family communications
- Facilitate weekend staff training sessions and skill development workshops
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare or clinical coordination
- Proven ability to manage weekend staff schedules and operations
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays as needed
