Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts in emergency and outpatient departments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Provide patient education and support to families
- Participate in weekend staff training and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Current Louisiana state license in specialty (RN, LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
