Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts in our state-of-the-art facility
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education
- Support weekend inventory management and equipment readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience required (CNA, LVN, or Medical Assistant preferred)
- Valid California state license/certification in good standing
- Strong weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun, 12-hour shifts)
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations
- Proficient with electronic health record systems
- Background check and drug screen clearance required
