Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and treatment assistance
- Assist physicians and nurses with clinical procedures and documentation
- Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling for weekend operations
- Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Perform equipment sterilization and facility maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records systems
