Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.
- Operational Support: Execute daily tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough checks on products to ensure they meet company quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to resolve operational bottlenecks and coordinate tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
