Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort freight packages accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
