Responsibilities
- Lead weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Manage 10-15 hourly staff during peak weekend shifts
- Drive sales through team coaching and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional service
- Monitor inventory and loss prevention protocols
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvements
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership background
- Strong inventory and P&L understanding
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun)
- High school diploma; bachelor's preferred
