Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Train and mentor 8-12 team members on product knowledge and customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of tasks

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
