Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service excellence
- Train and mentor weekend team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Execute visual merchandising plans to maintain brand standards and drive sales
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers

Qualifications
