Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock records and manifests.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Package and label products securely for domestic and regional shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Reliable transportation to work in Charlotte, NC.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
