Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and order fulfillment during weekend operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and phone inquiries
- Coordinate with day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of weekend activities
- Assist with warehouse organization and safety compliance
- Support loading/unloading and transportation coordination as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for transport duties)
