Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and cycle counts to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure product integrity.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, documenting any discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, logs, and inventory reports using our ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk long distances.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus (training provided if needed).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
