Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and perform accurate stock counts and replenishment of warehouse shelves.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend shift team to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
