Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations during assigned weekend shifts to ensure 100% on-time fulfillment and accuracy.
- Execute picking, packing, and scanning processes efficiently while maintaining a high accuracy rate.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Train and mentor new staff members on standard operating procedures and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any shipping discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory management systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
