Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift logistics operations across Memphis and Georgia distribution centers
- Coordinate inventory control, loading/unloading, and quality assurance procedures
- Supplement day-shift staff by covering critical operational functions
- Train and mentor part-time weekend associates on safety protocols
- Generate shift reports and communicate operational insights to management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years warehouse/logistics experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make autonomous decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for facility travel
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment
