Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday).
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 10-15 associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and order fulfillment accuracy.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven supervisory experience with a strong track record of team leadership.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday).
- Forklift certification and basic computer literacy (WMS experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
