Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all weekend inventory counts, reconciliations, and stocktaking procedures to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate the loading, unloading, and staging of freight trucks to ensure timely delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor warehouse safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings to maintain a secure working environment.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments using our ERP system, verifying documentation and product condition.
- Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks or operational issues that arise during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
