Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend staff members to ensure productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional communications between shifts and departments
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize weekend workflows
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Prepare detailed shift reports and weekend performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven leadership experience with weekend or shift-based teams
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
