Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using industrial equipment.
- Verify inventory accuracy using handheld scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift/Pallet Jack) as required by certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Handle shipping and receiving documentation with precision.
- Perform cycle counts and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia facility.
