Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems in accordance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality before processing.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations clean and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using technology (tablets/scanners).
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctuality are required.
- Safety Conscious: Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for qualified candidates.
