Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and cash handling during weekend shifts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a team of sales associates, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Customer Experience: Resolve complex customer issues and ensure a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain visual standards to drive sales and brand representation.
- Shift Management: Open and close the store securely, including security checks and cash reconciliation.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Availability: Must be available to work Full Time hours exclusively on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
