Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10-15 retail associates during weekend shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and cash handling
- Drive sales through staff coaching, visual merchandising, and promotional execution
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Train new associates on product knowledge, systems, and procedures
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Available to work Friday-Sunday shifts (7 AM - 4 PM)
- Proficient in POS systems and retail management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
