Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations and inventory management
- Lead team of 5-7 associates in shift activities and performance
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document shift reports and maintain accurate inventory records
- Train new team members on equipment and procedures
- Communicate with overnight shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years logistics/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 6AM-6PM
