Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 8-12 weekend team members on safety protocols and workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift managers and Pennsylvania headquarters
- Implement process improvements to boost weekend productivity metrics
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Resolve operational escalations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Generate weekend performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Proven ability to manage weekend/night shift teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and inventory control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends with occasional holiday shifts
- Proficient in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
