Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend shift operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards
- Lead and mentor 8-12 weekend team members through performance coaching and real-time feedback
- Execute visual merchandising plans and promotional campaigns to drive weekend sales
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism while maintaining brand reputation
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliation and reporting using proprietary retail management systems
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs

Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure

- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with minimal weekday requirements
