Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend and overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Train and mentor 8-12 hourly staff on safety protocols and customer service
- Inventory management and supply chain coordination for high-demand periods
- Resolve client escalations and maintain service excellence standards
- Generate shift reports and optimize workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and facility security protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or hospitality
- Availability to work 3-4 weekend shifts monthly + 2 night shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible scheduling availability including holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
