Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring store standards and safety protocols are maintained
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Execute promotional events and visual merchandising standards during peak weekend hours
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet weekend targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years retail supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work flexible weekends, including holidays
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
